What's Up With the Lights at Dublin Airport?

    Looked up some notams and looks like a lot of the lights at DUB have gone tech... Apparently there was a fire at the airport earlier on today at one of the red and white out buildings, perhaps its related? Anyone any idea what's going on here?

    Upgrading i think, I seen a mate of mine's Facebook status last week saying he was enjoying the fine weather at Dublin Airport pulling cable on the airfield.
