Car Clio 1.5 DCI

Car Starts fine everytime but with some blue smoke their is no loss of power at all in the car, BThere is no oil leaks but have to keep topping up the oil. There seems to be a known problem with sticking piston rings on this model and renault recomend a double engine flush to unstick sticking rings.

What do you guy's think does it sound like sticking rings ?
Can i reuse the oil from the frist flush oil is very new as its allways being toped up or am i going to have to get 2 bottles of oil and 2 bottles of flush.
Its a lot if it does not fix it dont mind if it does fix it.

Whats other peoples toughts on this ?
