sponserd babering work in oz

Hi I was looking for any help or information on this. I am a trained hairdresser and barber and would like to get a sponsership to work in OZ as a barber.

Long story short I used up my work/holiday visa a few years back and its costing my 5 grand to apply for my skilled migration visa.
A friend of my suggested I try find an employer who will bring me over and pay for my visa and sponser me too work,as this is what he is doing in the coming months.(mind you hes going to be working on the mines as a HGV mechanic)

If anyone could shed some light on this for me if it is even possible it would be greatly appricated !!

this is a list of jobs that are acceptable for a 457 visa

This is for the Employer nominated 856 visa

there is also the State and Territory jobs list, relevant only for GSM applicants who are nominated by a State or Territory government agency under a State Migration Plan

If it not on these you cant get in on these visas.
