Calm yerselves, I'm just testing the waters here :pac:

So I was thinking about this earlier, the logistics and whatnot and I couldn't work out if its actually feasible. Are there even enough 3DS Owners in Ireland? How would I go about finding out? And how in the name of Mario would I go about organising such an event?

I think it would be amazing to have something like this even as just a once off if it does fail miserably.

Can I get a show of hands of who might be interested in something like this?

P.S if anyone knows anything about event management, your help would be greatly appreciated!:)

If it's convenient, I'll definitely walk discretely by at some point and then high-five myself later for getting 10 hits.

I'm trying to come up with an implementation of a live-action assassination game that uses letterbox to tag your target but the lack of times on mails and the inability to target a streetpass letter at a specific 3DS friend will make it difficult...

Ah very good, we'll have everyone walk by, get their streetpasses and go. And technically that would actually be a success :pac:

Does anybody know of any other forums Irish Nintendo fans might be using?

Also I think sometime in the summer would probably work out best, maybe june or july? I don't really know:\

This has to be 12 hours long. As soon as we get the 2nd off of everybody, then we can all go home. Thanks.

I'd be up for something like this. Dublin isn't awfully convenient for me, but if it's organised for summer time or holidays I'd definitely try to attend.

Same here, but statistically Dublins got the best shot of actually working :P

I can ask a few of the Irish guys on the Mario Kart Players' Page, but I'll wait until closer to the time.

I reckon a nicely made banner at a McDonald's table might draw a decent crowd of non-Boards members too. :P

Oh that'd be great, a little mario kart tourney wouldn't go amiss either:O
