This seems to be unpredictable.

I bought one at Christmas with Paypal and no problems.

I tried it yesterday and they cancelled my order a few minutes later.
Same credit card registered on Paypal.

Same, I bought with no issues at Christmas, but haven't tried with the current offer, it does say subject to availability so maybe they are out of codes and thats why they are cancelling. Hopefully as this is a handy way of getting American iTunes cards quick and easy.

I got codes on a similar deal on Best Buy. The offer returned a couple of weeks ago but this time around my order was cancelled because my credit card was international or non-US.This applied only to codes, I could order gift cards to a US address Maybe Apple is plugging a loophole.

Im not sure if the intention of this bargain alert is to end up wiht US itunes money, but im pretty certain i saw a sign in pc world galway that two €25 itunes cards were €40

got an order confirmation then 10 minutes later got rejected.
using paypal linked to Irish CC too - they wanted a street address as well: perhaps they doubted the Beverly Wiltshire really is my address.

It's nothing to do with how you pay, they check your location using your ip, im in the us at the moment and bought one of these no bother using an Irish credit card

So could you use a reverse proxy and your Paypal account from Ireland then to purchase?
