Can somebody tell me how to use ebay properly with 3V Card? Im just getting confused and i just need the overall basic what to do's

It wont work on ebay unless you link your ebay account to your paypal account, so add it as a credit card to your pp account first.
Then BEFORE you add the 3v card as a registered credit card on ebay you need to set up your seller account to have paypal as the method in which to pay your seller fees, then and only then will you be able to register the card to sell.
So, after adding the 3V card to your paypal account, go to your seller account, click on ACCOUNT>scroll down to payment methods for seller fees, and choose paypal as your automatic payment method.
