New Lawn & Wind

Hi, I sowed a lawn on Sunday. Just wondering now if most of the lawn seed will end up in the neighbours / field behind the house / somewhere else because of these strong winds. Looked out a few minutes ago, and it looked like a saharan sand storm with all the dust and soil being blown everywhere. Do ye think I might have to go over the ground again and scatter some more seed?

If you have some spare then there is no harm. But check the forecasts and wait till the wind dies down.

Would you think of using a sprinkler to dampen the earth so it doesn't blow away?
