    Hi all,
Our management company intend on implementing a car permit scheme together with an associated clamping scheme. I have a couple of legal questions that you may be able to help me with,

    a. I own a house with a driveway within the estate. I believe it is a leasehold deed but i am trying to get a copy of the deed from my solicitor. Can a clamper enter my driveway and clamp my car if i have no permit?

    b. can the management company decide to implement this scheme without taking a vote at E/AGM? i believe they are taking the decision using their "executive powers"

    any help would be appreciated.
