Would you be in favour of a more gradual changeover?

    :D:D:D:D:D:D

When I saw the thread title I honestly expected to see a picture of a man in a trench coat rubbing himself against the sign stanchions.

I saw the 50 sign with the de-restriction on the back turned around the other day, could get done for speeding

This must be up north? Haven't seen any of those type of No Entry signs here yet, although I believe their use was sanctioned in the last version of the road signage manual.

I think it's New Ross in Wexford?

Correct- It is New Ross .........They've been changing things around lately .

    Confusion still remains

So the contracts or council work team or the engineers, or somebody in-between did or got something wrong and then it was changed?

    What about?

Those are no entry signs (they are due to get legal backing sometime soon apparently....).

From what I understand from the local media they made a narrow two way street on a hill one way to aid the flow of traffic and make it easier for people driving up the steep hill as they no longer had to stop but then the residents went mad. Also heard a proposal that the hearses for funerals to a local church would be exempt from the one way system as a proposal to calm the tempers of the residents! But guess they've gone back to two way for all!
