    The old fashioned technique for getting across that would have been to open a door and let the water in, the wheels would then hit the bottom. Won't work these days with fancy interiors and electronics,would write the vehicle off :rolleyes:

    They were lucky the water wasn't fast flowing, woman was killed in the UK driving across a ford in a 4x4 last year when it was swept downstream and wedged under a bridge.

    Of course if it was an old Land Rover it would have filled up anyway through the holes and panel gaps :D
