Downgrade package? entering new contract?

    My 12 month contract for phone and broadband is up next month- if I ring up and downgrade package- do I have to give notice- or is it done automatically? Also by doing this am I tied into another 12 month contract??? Thanks

    Hi Butterball,

    Thanks for your query. There is a €25 charge if you downgrade your package and don't want a new 12 month contract. This fee however is waived, if you sigh up to a new 12 month contract on a new package.
