Best mobile broadband?

What do people think is the best mobile broadband for Longford Town and surrounding areas? I have vodafone but it seems to have slowed down alot over the last few years. Probably because alot more people on the network. Are these Mobile networks upgraded or more and more people crammed on the same old network?
