If you're looking abroad, what about Thailand? Dewa Nai Yang Resort in Phuket is a great place with all that you need.

Closer home, Grand Hotel President in the lovely Italian town of Sorrento could work.

Also, the Quality Hotel in Youghal is right on the beach - they have self catering appartments with use of the hotel facilities

Folks, unless the OP comes back to let us know where he wishes to holiday, there's little point in making any recommendations.

We're looking for self catering on hotel grounds in Ireland but the prices are a bit steep - 900 plus per week - can anybody suggest something reasonable?
