NCT Emissions Failure.

First car I've NCT'd and its failed on high idle emissions, slightly.

    Low Idle:
    CO 0.41% above 0.50% PASS
    HC 91 ppm above 0 ppm N/A

    High Idle:
    Lambda: 0.99 not between 0.97 1.03 PASS
    CO 0.42% above 0.30% FAIL
HC 42 ppm above 200 ppm PASS

Car was fully serviced two days ago, plugs, oil, filters. Cleaned the throttle body. Used two tanks worth of redex fuel additive over the past two weeks (filled up poured in the redex drove until near empty and repeated), drove for a good while almost an hour before the test to make sure it was warm, oil was 85c during the test.

Few more things I've a k&n open induction filter on and the back box had a small leak where it connects to the center pipe, I used gun gum, it feels sealed, the back box sat off the car for almost a year and you can hear rust/carbon deposits moving inside of it when shook, tipped most of it out before putting it back on the car, but theres a small bit left, could that cause the slightly high CO or is it something else?

    Any help greatly appreciated thanks!

P.S Sorry for another emissions thread, I googled and there was loads, but couldn't find one just slightly off. :P
