    Hi folks,
    I am new to boards and have been around martial arts for many years. I wanted to let people know about the Chloe & Grace Bruce Seminar on April 14th. If you are interested please feel free to contact me.

    The session will run for 2 hours and will include:

    • stretch and warm up
    • kicks, basic tricks, kicking combo’s etc including a demonstration circle in which all students show what they are have learnt and both Chloe & Grace give a small demonstration of their skills. This is based on the level of the students. So it will be suitable for all ages, and all levels of people.
    • conditioning and stretch down

    Plus there will be time for autographs and photos.
