Balance / fader controls set to just put sound from that speaker? Not sure what button to press to get to these controls, but find it and make sure that both settings are in the middle.

Hopefully that's all it is. If it's not, then I'd be pulling the radio out to make sure no wires are loose in the back before checking anything further.
