    Hi Folks,

I got an offer on my car, I accepted, never sold a car privatly, but the person who checked it out on behalf of the buyer seem to know their stuff.

I am happy all round except whats the best way to proceed so that two months down the road if XY and Z have issues they wont come knocking back, my concious is clear as they say, but dont want the hassle.

In terms of payment, do i get a bankers draft etc.

Sorry i know they are obivious answers to these, just want to be sure to be sure and avoid any possible hassle.

Thanks in advance for your help.
