Replacing an old roof.

I moved out of an old Landlords house 25 years ago. The house is over 200 years old. I was at home recently and noticed the barges have fell off one side and there is holes now right through the roof. The roof is tiled in what appears to be be large blue bangor slates, these all look okay except for a few. I d'ont think the roof would last another winter as its also starting to sag.

What would be the cheapest way to replace this roof ? I would do as much of the manual work as possible and reuse the slates. Would i have to put in felt ? The house is only used for storing small items.

What would be the rough cost of this ? Its a standard size landords house from that period which are common around the country. Or should we just let it go to ruin ??
