On people who don't check prices.

TBH the prices in Irish shops puts me off buying anything on impulse.

Not attempting to defend the differential pricing, but the £17.99 you mention is for online sales only. It's £24.99 in the shops, with 3 for the price of 2 currently available in both the UK and Ireland

A lot of places might be able to match or come close enough to online prices if you ask them.

can i ask what's wrong with a warm bucket of suddy water , soft brush and a few old rags to wash and dry your bike ..i'd eat my own arm before i'd pay ANYBODY €20odd to buy what is basically washing up liquid ..

Nothing wrong per se but there's a bit more to the muc off... Washing up liquid is a mild cleaner and degreaser. Muc off does the same and includes corrosion inhibitors and a surface dressing, brings up rubber and black plastics especially well. I've used both and found the muc off easier and faster and it does seem to help prevent dirt sticking, much less scrubbing required when used consistently.

Whether it's worth the extra cost or not is up to the buyer I suppose...

Muc-off is great for washing the dishes, it's mild on my hands too.
