    out as far as I can guarantee a head shot.

    All depends on your abilities, the round has enough energy to do the job way out in the distance.

    For some this means 30m, other 150m Judge it on how good/reliable a shot you are.

    I agree with the above. If you can't hit paper at the distance 5 out of 5 don't try the rabbit

    Remember to have a decent backstop for all your shots and remember how far a 22 will travel if there's nothing to stop it!:eek:

    +1 with GP. I'm not getting into an ethics debate(not allowed, thank god)but if you leave wounded animals crawling into holes in the ground and around the woods then you shouldn't be shooting them. Get to know your abilities on paper and you will be grand. Happy hunting lad.

    Find the ammo you are comfy with..

    For me its 40gr subs..

    Set you're zero..

    for me 75yards....

    25= 1.2
    50= 1.8
    75= 0
    100= -4.2

    One gun I am very comfortable with.. stick it onto yer scope if ya dont feel comfy with it.. work out yer ranges.. Yards are like dick size.. alot of fellas throw on a few more numbers then they need... or know..

    Happy hunting.. Dont like pushing more then 100 myself but I am comfortable with it. :)
