    Hi,

    Im looking for a good backdrop for photos of my car and a few others, so im wondering can anyone recommend anywhere on the east coast, preferably near dublin?

    Wicklow has some spectacular views and scenery. Glendalough particularly but anywhere is good.

    You could do worse than the beaches and rocky areas of Malahide/Portmarnock. Or the Malahide Castle too (for that cliched but nice pic of car with castle in background :) )

    On the other hand, you have Wicklow Mountains (just do that on a car park, do not block the road), forest around Avoca, then Phoenix Park (go for early mornings), and the whole coast e.g. the Bull island.
    The next possible thing is urban area, such as docklands, gasworks, location of the movie Parked at Poolbeg, then there are the expensive areas in South Dublin (behind RDS).
    It really depends what is your idea of the shoot, if the car would fit into the location.
