Report under measuring fuel

Filled up the 4x4 today and it took nearly 10% more diesel than usual.

I fill up when my low fuel warning comes on and normally it is 80l, this time the light came on and I went to a different garage to normal and filled up, but it took 90l this time.

The tank itself is quoted 88l and that's empty and I've never gotten that much into the tank. So I found it very strange that it took that much,

So does anyone know who I can report this too so their pumps could be investigated???

There's alot of this going on. I know several garages in my area that frequently get shut down for a bit because they have dodgy pumps :(

No. The question was how to report it and that was answered. You have cast aspersions about a couple of garages that are not the one in question. Even if the particualr garage was named, it would possibly lead to a defamation case as nothing is proven.

If in doubt ask the Mods.

Are we not allowed to ask where it was?

At the moment, this is one persons experience. It's not fact and opens boards open to any amount of libel action.Them the rules. If you really wanna know, I'd suggest you PM the OP.
