30-03-2012 8:55am#1Just a heads up that possibly the definitive cookery bible - Larousse Gastronomique is currently on offer on LivingSocial (Amazon reviews). Also available is Larousse Wine, apparently excellent also (Amazon reviews). Gastronomique is €29, Wine is €23, or both for €48. Delivery included. Seems to be selling fast - 73 copies left from 250 yesterday.
