does the NCT check windows?

    one of the passenger windows has detached from the cable/mechanism and is no longer opening/closing. Does the NCT test the opening and closing of windows?

    Only the drivers window has to work for the NCT.

    excellent, thanks Nissan doc...the drivers window went kaput a few years back so I've had that one fixed...feckin Skoda Octavia, lots of little niggles happening with her now.
