    Here is what i am led to believe. Am i correct?

    Bad
    Bread
    Cereals
    Processed meat

    Good
    Porridge
    Eggs
    Veg
    Chicken/fish/red meat

    Spuds?

    It's not that simple. There are no good/bad foods for me. If the food doesn't sit well with you....like bread/grains/dairy don't with some people then don't eat them.

    You can eat processed foods on occasion without them having any negative effects whatsoever...in fact eating them on occasion will probably make you feel better.

    The thing is the 'bad' list is pretty much all processed food. I don't think a healthy person would be damaged by freshly ground whole rye sour dough bread (though I have never ever seen it sold anywhere - and it has to be freshly ground grain to stop the delicate oils becoming rancid)

    I did find some sprouted rye bread once. Does not taste even remotely like bread. More like a big chewy brick of horribleness.
