Thinking of swapping my laptop for a smaller one.

    Specifications of my current laptop:

    Toshiba Satellite Pro L670-140M
    17" Screen @ 1600x900
    i3 Processor M330 @ 2.13ghz
    4.00gb RAM (3.86 usable)
Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit (not genuine)
    DVD RW Burner
    AMD Radeon 5650HD GPU - 1GB RAM

How much would this be worth possibly? It's in good condition apart from the keyboard acting weird every so often. I bought it early last year for €600 and it runs like a charm except for the fact that it's too big for me (17"). Maybe a 15 inch model would suit me better. What are the chances of me selling it for another second hand laptop with similar spec but a smaller screen?

    Opinions please :)

More than a year old? Out of warranty? No operating system (at least none you can sell)?

    Half the price maybe.

What you mean by "keyboard acting weird every so often", software or hardware issue?

It's just over a year old, no warranty left.

Every so often (randomly), it starts to ignore some key presses, leaving you to go back and type some words again. It could be a faulty keyboard connection on the laptop, a loose ribbon cable or something.

You should really try to find out if it's a hardware fault. Fire up some Linux Live CD and see if the problem persists.

When it happens again, I'll make sure to do it. It could happen in the next 10 minutes, or the next 2 weeks. Never can predict it :)
