Has Irish society failed?

So a family has had to move out of this country because of some low lifes which think they control law and order in Limerick. I think it is a very sad day not just for this society but also for AGS as this now confirms that the judicial and political systems in this country just are not strong enough for these maggets.

In many ways - Yes,But the same can be said all over the world.
Its a small amount of bad that effects so many...
