the strongest multivitamin on the market

anyone know what the strongest multivitamin on the market is? i was in tesco this morning and their multivitamin brand has pretty much the same formulas as the branded ones but im not sure whether they are the same quality.

super one a day from holland&barrett is strongest one i have yet came across!

You don't necessarily want the strongest, because that's almost certainly going to have too much of some things.

High dose iron, for instance, is poison, and iron is already added to a lot of thigns like breakfast cereals, so you might be better with a multi with no added iron at all.
