Is there any company in Ireland that offers this? I know I could take out a second policy and try to get my NCB mirrored but I want to see if I can get two cars on the one policy...

Don't think there's an Irish insurer that offers a multi-car policy. Best bet is try getting a part time trader policy off a company who will take your private no claims.
