Am very confused. the summons stated all sorts of stuff about vouching expenses and pensions, and the solicitor mentioned contacting me reg filling in a questionnaire and that they would contact me in due course. I wrote to solicitor and asked what I was supposed to do reg pension, sent in bank statements invoices etc. Not a word back!!!! Do i turn up or what?!! None of what the clerk asks for seems to be done
