    Hi guys,
Was dragged to district court over a motor accident-TP disputing liability. Outcome was in their favour but I want to appeal it- anyone know roughly what that might cost?
I'm told it would have to go to circuit court. The case is made, reports done for it etc., from the first hearing, so there shouldn't be more expense, just people's time and legal fees. I've no idea what that might run to.
Any rough estimates would be appreciated until my solicitor's back at work!
    Thanks!

Your insurance company should be dealing with this.

Circuit Court costs would typically be in the region of 15K plus (if the matter ran to hearing) and that is just your sides. If you appeal and lose again you will liable for the others too.

Surely not for a district court appeal?

Yes I'm most probably too high, I don't know the detail. Is there injury involved OP?

    Nope just damages.
My insurance co may deal with it but I want to know costs so I can think on whether I'll appeal myself if they won't
