I may point out for Bosingwa owners, that he won't be credited for assisting Bale

Not looking great for those with a couple of Spurs players in this one. Bale needs to get more involved this half.

Suits me - I have Bale and King benched. (I know...bad mistake with getting King in but he was pretty cheap...)

    FFS Bale hit the bar.

    Bale off the crossbar

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 487 ✭✭Juxtapose

Could have really done with that Bale goal.

any spurs goal would suit actually, can see cahill getting bonus points out of this and 2nd in my league has him!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,844 ✭✭✭carlcon

At this rate, I'll settle for the BAE clean sheet. A lot of people will have dropped him for this game.

    well that was unlucky!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 487 ✭✭Juxtapose

    Any guess on bonus points?

id go Cahill 3, Walker 2, Cech 1

Cahill made some great last ditch tackles, Walker was solid for spurs and Cech made some important saves..

Maybe Bale too, he was unlucky today.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,844 ✭✭✭carlcon

I guess 9 points from 2 players isn't terrible. Have to feel a little disappointed with Bale not getting anything. Nice free there at the end might have given something too.

I guess the BPs are up for grabs after a 0-0. It's anyone's guess now. My money is on Modric & Bale picking up a few for the 2nd half.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 39,691 ✭✭✭✭KevIRL

Koscielny injured during warm up and will not start. Replaced by Djourou. Considered getting him this week as I wanted Arsenal defensive cover and Vermalen was too pricey, couldnt afford Kos by 0.1m

    .

BAE got a yellow, so just the 8 I'm afraid.

Swansea team above wrongly lists dyer and not sinclair for anyone who is worried

Thanks for pointing that out - I was absent-mindingly thinking 'not Dyer' and typed Dyer...

I take it back. That 1 point has made my week obsolete.

    1 BP please!

Forgot to sub Friedel in this morning. D'oh!

C'mon John Ruddy, Clean sheet number 3 for the seson please.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,844 ✭✭✭carlcon

Gibbs goal! Who has him? :pac:

    Gervinho assist.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 23,961 ✭✭✭✭mailburner

took a gamble and captained sess this week
i dont see rvp scoring more than 6 this weekend

rooney on the other hand im more worried about
it could be great if it works out

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 287 ✭✭Maggie McGaggie

McClean needs to do something today. A run of disappointing performances may lead me to bench him in future. Surman not playing is a boner, prob will come on for 5 minutes.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,844 ✭✭✭carlcon

    My new boy Walcott scores!

    Song assist.

Although with 2 goals from Arsenal already, I'm a little worried to see nothing from RVP just yet. Fingers crossed for a complete hammering now, with Robin getting something.

    --

Also 1-1 in the Norwich-Wolves game. Holt just scored for Norwich. Jarvis for Wolves.

Peno scored. Enrique/Skrtel clean sheet gone.

Crikey, that's song's ninth assist of the season. Would never have thought he would be so involved high up the pitch.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 8,763 ✭✭✭Jax Teller

That's Great wigan goal seen a good few people had doubled up with 2 Liverpool defenders .

2 goals for Wheater, by the way. Although I doubt that has much effect on any of us.

RVP holding groin. Could go off injured.

    Looks ok now

Holt just scored a penalty. 2 goals for him already.

The correct tactic seems to be bringing in whoever happens to be facing Wolves on any given week :p

I agree but am tempted to avoid Norwich players in future. Lambert is the new Tinkerman of the PL. Am gutted that Surman is not playing today.

I posted earlier that McClean needs to do something to stay in my squad and he duly delivered.

Suarez needs to produce something to stay in my squad.
    Oh Cheeky!

Those who captained RVP are currently sh1tting themselves.............

Incredible that Rangers wanted to take him on loan. He is joint seventh top scorer in PL, amazing when one considers that he has been a sub for a fair number of games.

switched reina to mignolet as i didnt want to double up with pool
that one thing ive got right so far
