Thoughts on this set-up:

    New(ish) build here consisting of:
    Sky+HD box
    Ps3
    HDMI upscaling surround sound system
    nintendo wii
    HDMI 4 x 2 matrix
    Optoma HD 230x projector
    HD signal to second location over cat5
    second location sky control using the RF2 with a sky-eye.

    So the 4 inputs to the matrix would be:
    1) PS3
    2) SKY
    3) DVD
    4) spare for PC

    Output No.1 would be over 5m HDMI to Projector locally
    Output No.2 2ould be via Cat5 to second location... 20M away approx

    Use component video input - RCA x 3 on the projector for the wii.

    I already have everything, just not together, bar the projector so basically I'm just wondering do you guys think the projector mentioned is up to the job?

    Bit late now, but you should be delighted with that projector;)

    Oh, not too late at all:) I havent made any purchase yet, still doing a bit of research.

    That projector is currently at £595 sterling on amazon. Thats a great price ;)

    What size screen?

    From 12-14ft, screen size can go from roughly 100-120inch
