removing hyperlinks

I'm doing bit of reserch and copied few things from wikipeda onto word, while I can remove the hyperlink one by one any way of removing them in one go? Thanks

It's called not 'stealing others work', I think.

If you are crediting the work properly then the links shouldn't matter really.
