    any confirmation anywhere on it ? Disgrace if true, the lad has never done anything for us... and we have parker, sandro, modric, livermore and huddlestone who can all play there :mad:

    Even on his behalf why would he want to sign an extension?! He must know he's never going to get a game again !!

    If he doesn't realise that he's behind Parker modric Sandro tommy and even Livermore he must be seriously insane.

    Was his contract up this summer? If so he probably thought he better sign on considering he has had a bad injury and there might not be demand from other clubs, also the club probably are being fair to him since he has been out injured. It also means a greater sell on price even though he is worth nothing anyway haha.
