    i don't know about that.

I get the urge to scratch from the hot flush. People in the gym would think I have fleas :pac:

Also I'm not made about the beta alanine fire ants feeling either.

I think thats really strange, i dont know how people get those side effects, ive never gotten anything like that, strange. Ive only ever gotten one side effect from something but it was a good side effect, took oxy elite pro, 6 caps and i felt high as a kite ha ha :D

I take Niacin, but usually I go for smaller doses (25mg) and double up if required. The flush can be a nusiance although you get used to it, and it's actually nice in winter.

i took 500 miligram yesterday but split the dose. didnt get any rash or nothing. this morning i took another 300 got nothing but after i took 200 this evening i burned up pretty fast.

I actually take it for the flush effect. I have Reynauds, which means **** circulation in hands and feet and sometimes nipples, so Niacin is a great way to get blood to those.

perhaps we should share a niacin tablet over dinner sometime?

some health stores sell niacin no flush which doesnt have side effect of flushing!
or take flush variety on full stomach along with a innositol supplement
