Gambling addiction and me.

    I caught the last 15 mins on Tuesday or Wednesday. It was OK. I might watch the first 15 mins but I wouldn't bother watching it again.

    The bits I saw were

    1. He meets a problem gambler in UK (FOBTs) and they go meet some scientist who runs a test which analyses the brain waves when someone is gambling (fruit machines only) to identify the difference between the reactions of addicts and ordinary people while gambling

    2. He attends a GA (or US equiv) meeting in US and talks to 1-2 people there. One guy there had weaned himself off heroin but couldn't stop gambling, such was his addiction!

    3. He meets with his father's friend to try to get a message to his dad (in prison for fraud I think)

    There was nothing about sports betting in the bits I saw so I wasn't too interested.
