Iphone 4 email problems.

    I am starting to get very strange emails.
    Highlighted is No Sender in brackets
    below this is No Subject in brackets
    This message has no content

    Sent on 01/01/1970:eek:

    some are saying sent on 01/01/2001
    Im getting about 10 a day and I cannot delete them either.
    Anyone else had this strange messages.

    Many thanks in advance.

    Ps. Just to my phone but not to my Mac.

    This is an IMAP account, yes? Go to Settings > Mail et al > Accounts and delete the email account in question. Then set it up again and wait while your email downloads.

    But the emails have no content or subject and I cant see what account it was sent to.And thanks for getting back to me.

    Just tap into each inbox and see which one they are in.

    They are only in all inboxes not in the individual ones that's what has me stumped.

    Try resetting the phone. Hold the sleep and home buttons until it restarts.
