How to cancel Crunch membership?

I am moving abroad in June and when I took out my membership in Crunch they told me I have to give 2 month's notice to cancel. How do I do this? Is it just a matter of dropping in a letter?

1. Pick up phone.
2. Ring Crunch.
3. Tell them you want to cancel.
4. There is no step four.
