hey, in my early 30s and it really bothers me that I can't swim ;( ! Have a slight fear of water - not looking to become an olympic swimmer just want to be able to get up and down the pool without having to stop every 2 seconds to grab a breath ! Does any one know any good swimming groups / instructors in the sth dub area ??

    Where exactly area you?

The Mespil swimming pool they do swim lessons for beginners. If you mention their FB page you can get 10/20% off. They have actually started an 8 week course yesterday...

So maybe get onto them and see....

Other pools like Glenalbyn in Stillorgan I think do lessons also....
