no motivation to work

    Hi im a commision based worker online but find that lately im loosing interest in work and just become lazy and too worried about making money can anyone help me with this or any tips to cop the f*ck on?

    Hey mate, commission-based work can be such a turn-off, eh? I guess it's different for everyone, but could you break it into stages, and set yourself a goal for each half-day (If I make x calls I give myself an icecream)?

    Alternatively, can you chat with other people in your line of work? It might help to share with people who've the same problem.

    Or does it go deeper? If that job really ain't for you, then try to find something else.

    I find when I start doing a bad job it sort of spirals out of control and starts making me do a worse job because I feel bad about doing a bad job...!
