    What happens if you are putting in your notice at the start of april, when the holidays reset, are you entitled to take/be paid for the four week?

    I've moved your post to a new thread, as the one you posted in was 5 years old.

    The answer is no, you're only entitled to the leave you've worked up unless your contract says different.

    Beyond the necro; you're not getting a full year's of holidays after the reset. All you get is 1.667 days per month after the reset and yes, they can be paid in cash.
