I'm with Three, I moved to their 3pay a few months ago and have had no problems until now. I called their customer service and they said the problem is not with them but with my phone and as I didnt get my phone with them they cant help.

Has anyone experienced this problem before and know how to resolve it? I've tried the usual turn on/off remove the SIM card etc nothing is working.

Any help / advice would be much appreciated...
