Fruit and Nuts - fattening?

Sorry guys this is probably an annoying question?
I have just come out of the gym after a 2 hour full-on sesh of cardio, lifts etc. really good workout. completely wrecked but feeling great. only thing is when I came out this evening I was ravenous and bought a packet of fruit and nuts 125 grams. (Brand Forest Feast - Forest Country Fruit and Nut)
Question is, is this bad i.e. fattening and completely negating my workout?
packet nutritional information say the following:
    Carbohydrate 40.3g
    of which sugars 37.1 g
    Fat 19.8 g
    of which saturate 2.7 g

If it is fattening and negating my workout, suggestions on a better snack would be great, to help tide me over until I have my dinner.

    Many Thanks in advance

the nuts are fine just watch how much you eat as they are high in calories, the fruit i would avoid its full of sugar (fructose). a packet of ham or chicken would be better

The nuts aren't fine as the portion is quite big.
The quality of food doesn't matter if you are over eating.

OP, fattening is a pointless word. No foods make you fat. Overeating does. And there is nothing wrong nuts or dried fruit in general if they make up part of your daily calories. But that 125g packet is probably 400 calories. That's way too much for a snack. Because they are so calorie dense, I'd avoid buying them.
