    It might be of interest to some that:
    Applications are invited for Casual Trading Licences at St. Nicholas Market (trading days Saturday and Sunday), Churchyard Street and for the Eyre Square Market (trading days Monday to Saturday).

    The Closing date for completed application forms is 4:00 p.m. Friday, 13th April, 2012

    This is the first time I've heard of the traders at Eyre Square actually being licensed. Maybe my sources were badly informed before.

    These are the traders beside Dunnes and they have been licensed since the mid 80's.Gerry Deavaney and family have traded there for about 55 years.
