Exchanging Rupees back to Euro

So i was in India for 2 months at the start of the year, and came back with a small amount of rupees (about 5000+ rupees, 75euro) and i can't seem to find anywhere that will exchange it for me. Anyone got any ideas ? or would it be a matter of waiting for someone to go back over and exchange it while over there ?
