I'm treating my boyfriend to a week in Dublin City Centre..

We're going to do the museums etc cause we're big nerds, but is there any tips of places we should go to that aren't tourist traps or a nice place for dinner..

    Thanks.

    :)

When it comes to the restaurant, what food and what budget are you looking at?

To be honest, a week in any city is a bit long in my opinion. Four nights would be my max.

I'd advice you to blow a day on getting the DART out to Howth, restaurants, transport museum, cliff walk, pier, maybe paddling with shearwater kayaking...
