Rent Allowance Question

    I'm due to move at the start of next month am in the process of applying for rent allowance but had a couple of questions.

    Firstly what bank statements do they want? I have an account for bills and a joint account for everyday use. Is it the bill one they want?

    I also went the bank the other day to print out the statements and they only go back 5 months. Will this be ok?

    Also I'm only after noticing now on one of the forms it asks for one of the following from the landlord:
    Statement re mortgage on property
    Receipt from NPPR
    Evidence of registration with PRTB
    Deed of property

    I did not see this when I met the landlord and will not be able to see him until I move in now. Will the form be rejected and returned to me if I don't include one of the above things?
