Can't log into Facebook

    Folks, I've gone back through the threads to January and can't find if this is already here but I seem to suddenly not be able to be logged into my account on my personal laptop.

    On my business laptop I asked IT to tidy it up for me and download the latest Explorer and since then I have had the same issue with that one. Didn't mind too much as it was the work one but now I am being told on my personal laptop that neither my name nor my email address is known on FB and to clear my cookies/history which I have done, but still no joy.

    I then downloaded Forefox and tried through that but same result :mad:

    I have the account years and am able to get to it on my phone with no issues but no idea whats going on.

    Any genius's out there that could help please?

    If you can log in via phone but not computer then the account isn't hacked so that's good.
    Download CCleaner and let that run, it'll remove all old cookies and such from the computer.
    Can you do a screenshot of the error page?
    Did you check Facebook's support pages?
