Yes, because Good Friday's a Public Holiday. Teaching ends on the Thursday.

Apologies, my mistake! Apparently, when the public holiday calendar was decided (when Ireland was still ruled by Britain):

Christmas Day and Good Friday were traditional days of rest and Christian worship (as were Sundays) and did not need to be included in the Act.

Anyway, sorry about that. College definitely closed on Good Friday last year anyway, and one of my lecturers has said that we won't have the last lecture for that module because it's on Good Friday, so I'm pretty sure it will be closed.

Actually you will find there is no teaching on Good Friday

Buttery was open for lunch though in years gone by

I have class and an assessment deadline on Good Friday >.>
